How the Sell & Stay Program Operates
Step 1: Complete Initial Consultation
In our initial consultation, we'll assess your financial circumstances and collect all the essential details to help you prevent foreclosure. This entails determining the complete payoff amount, encompassing any associated charges, identifying your lender or mortgage company, foreclosing attorney (if applicable), auction sale date, and your monthly mortgage payment.
Step 2: Foreclosure Auction Cancelled
After compiling all the required information and documents, we will initiate actions to either postpone or extend the auction date. This extension will provide us with the time needed to finalize the closing process.
Step 3:Receive Check at Closing
